All sub-16 Joule EPIC rifles are supplied without regulator adjusters, in line with UK airgun law. Despite references in global manuals, possession or use of a regulator key may place your rifle in a grey legal area.

 

📜 Terms & Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland)

  • Scottish and Northern Irish winners must provide a valid air weapon certificate and nominate a local RFD

  • The prize must be collected in person from Vector Air (Nottinghamshire) or sent via RFD transfer at your expense

  • Overseas winners (outside the UK) may request Ex-Works collection but are 100% responsible for clearance, import, and transport

  • You must be 18 or older to win or claim

Before participating in our giveaway competitions, it's essential to understand some key points regarding prize eligibility and collection. We strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our members. Here's what you need to know:

 

Prize Eligibility:

  • This giveaway is open to residents of England and Wales.
  • Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland can enter provided they have their Air Rifle Licence with a space to accept it. Should the winner be from Scotland or Northern Ireland, the winner must provide RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) details for the transfer.
  • Any omitted information, such as a full name or incorrect answers, are not eligible to win.

 

Very Important Note:

  • Should you win this giveaway and reside in England, the prize must be collected in person from Vector Air in Nottinghamshire or provide an RFD for transfer.
  • If the prize is shipped to an RFD for collection instead of collecting from Nottinghamshire, the customer may have to pay transfer fees from their chosen RFD. It is the customer's responsibility to organize and pay this fee should it appear.
  • It is essential to inspect the product after taking receipt of guns being shipped to check for damages. This is not necessary when collecting from Vector Air. If the prize is damaged, the customer may have to return the product back to Vector Air at the customer's cost.

 

Tax and Customs:

  • Winners residing outside the UK should be aware that they may be responsible for paying any applicable taxes or customs duties upon receiving their prize.
  • These charges vary depending on your country's regulations and the total value of the item.

 

Shipping Limitations:

  • It is your duty to check this before entering from locations outside of England. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
  • It's essential to familiarize yourself with your country's regulations before entering a competition.
  • Some items may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions, and it's your responsibility to ensure that you can legally import the prize into your country.
  • For delivery of items outside of the UK, we will cover Ex-Works Delivery, meaning it is the winner's responsibility to organize clearance and collection from import.

 

Prize Substitution:

  • In circumstances where a prize cannot be shipped to the winner’s location or is unavailable for any reason, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • Rest assured, we'll always strive to ensure that winners receive a prize of comparable quality.

 

Compliance with Gambling Commission Standards:

  • As per the terms of the Gambling Commission standards, this is a prize competition.
  • You can also enter by sending an addressed letter by first-class post to Unit 1 Leen Court, Boughton, Newark, Notts, NG22 9ZD, which includes your full name, address, and your answer to the question stated in this listing. This is classed as one entry.
  • Omitted information or incorrect answers are not eligible to win.

 

Winner Selection Process:

  • Winners are chosen from entrants who correctly answer the competition question.
  • If multiple entrants answer correctly, each entry ticket is assigned a unique number, and a random number generator is used to impartially determine the winner. This ensures fairness and transparency in our selection process.
