1.2. The Competitions are open to all persons aged 18 and over. Employees of AAR are not permitted to enter.
1.3. AAR reserves the right to close a customer’s account at any time if they feel the customer is abusing the services, being abusive to other customers or staff, or they believe it is not genuinely the customer entering.
1.4. Competitions are open to residents of England and Wales. Residents of Scotland and Northern Ireland can enter provided they have their Air Rifle Licence with a space to accept it. Should the winner be from Scotland or Northern Ireland, the winner must provide RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) details for the transfer.
1.5. There is no limit on the number of tickets one person can purchase.

2. Legal Undertaking
2.1. By entering a Competition, the entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘you’, ‘your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so, will have read and understood these terms and conditions, and will be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material.
2.2. Competitions are governed by English Law, and any matters relating to the Competition will be resolved under English Law, with the Courts of England having exclusive jurisdiction.
2.3. By participating in a Competition online via the Website and accepting these terms and conditions, you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. AAR will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt, you should immediately leave the Website.

3.1. Competitions may be entered via the Website. AAR may run multiple competitions simultaneously, and each Competition will have a specific prize.
3.2. Availability and pricing of Competitions are at the discretion of AAR and will be specified at the point of sale on the Website.
3.3. To enter a Competition, you must register an account with us online at Account Creation. You will be asked to provide an email address and telephone number. If you're the chosen winner, we will contact you via email.

-
Those who answer the question incorrectly will will not proceed to the next round.
3.5. AAR reserves the right to refuse or disqualify any incomplete entries if it has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these terms and conditions.
3.6. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all entries become our property and will not be returned.
3.7. The Entrant can enter the competitions a maximum number of times as displayed on the individual prize page. The limit varies per competition based on the number of tickets available and the price of tickets. Any person found to have exceeded the maximum tickets allowed in the draw will have the excess numbers removed and refunded.
3.8. The competition closes when the last number is taken. No more entries will be accepted after this point. AAR will also close a competition if it does not sell out by the guaranteed draw date – ticket sales will close, and we will draw the prize regardless of how many tickets are sold by the guaranteed draw date. Likewise, if all tickets are sold for a particular draw, we will close the competition and announce the winner earlier than the stated competition close and winner announcement dates. We will never close a competition earlier than the stated closing date if there are still tickets available.
3.9. All entrants must create an account prior to entering and supply an email address and contact telephone number to proceed in the competition.
3.10. Winners will be required to provide proof of age to meet UK draw legal requirements. This can be done via an email copy of their Passport, Driving Licence, or suitable alternative.
3.11. Some competitions run with an unlimited number of tickets where the competition will close at set times. Where a number of tickets is present, this will be shown in the product description of the total number, and the site will then show low stock when a percentage of them are close to finishing.

4. Promotion Periods
4.1. Each Competition will run for a specified period. Please see each Competition for details of start and end times and dates (‘Promotion Period(s)’).
4.2. Once a prize draw date has been called and confirmed on the prize listing page, we will draw the prize on that date regardless of ticket sell-out. Once a guaranteed draw date is set, we will not extend a competition. We will also close the competition early if all tickets are sold for that particular draw.

5. Competition Judgement
5.1. AAR will generate a winning ticket at random to determine the winner of each competition.
5.2. Due to the nature of the winning judgment, there will only be one 1st prize winner per competition. Some competitions may have runners-up prizes.
5.3. AAR will attempt to contact Winner(s) using the email address provided at the time of Entry (or as subsequently updated) and held securely in our database. It is the Entrant’s sole responsibility to check and update these details. If for any reason they are taken down incorrectly, AAR will not be held responsible. Entrants must carefully check their contact details have been recorded correctly.
5.4. Once a winner is drawn, they will own the prize offered in the competition, and we will make every effort to contact them until the prize is delivered. If the prize is unclaimed within one year of winning, it will be converted into a store credit equivalent to the cost of the prize. This store credit will be added to the appropriate winning customer's account automatically.
5.5. In the event that AAR closes a Competition early, the Winner will be selected from all valid and eligible entries received by AAR prior to the date of closure. AAR reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the closing date of any Competition up to a maximum of 4 times.
5.6. All Entrants are automatically entered onto AAR's database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their Competition, as well as any future Promotions or Competitions offered by AAR. They will also be joining our Mailing List and can unsubscribe at any time.
5.7. All prizes will be drawn regardless of ticket sell-out on the guaranteed draw date as set/shown on the website. Cash alternatives are not offered in place of prizes.

6. Winners' Details
6.1. All Winners will be requested to provide photographs, which may be used in future marketing and public relations by AAR in connection with the Competition and in identifying them as a winner of a Competition. If the winner does not want a photo taken, we will respect that, but for the good of the competition and benefit of other entrants, a photo of the winner and their prize would be appreciated.
6.2. Following receipt and verification of the details requested above by AAR, the Winner will be contacted to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

7. Competition Prizes
7.1. AAR prizes are determined and selected by the managing directors of the company and are owned by AAR from the date of the competition going live on the website to the date that the winner receives the prize. All prizes are picked and purchased by AAR, and this is the prize the winner will receive. Details of each prize can be found on the website on the competitions pages. AAR takes no responsibility for the prize awarded after delivery. The manufacturer's warranty remains.
7.2. Delivery to the winner is free. However, if a prize needs to be shipped to an RFD (Registered Firearms Dealer) for collection, the customer may have to pay transfer fees from their chosen RFD. We will not be able to reimburse this fee. We recommend for restricted products such as Airguns or silencers that you collect from Vector Air, who are acting as a transfer agent for AAR to ensure all handovers are legal and recorded under the Firearms Act 1968.
7.3. All entrant expenses are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
7.4. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider, manufacturer, or supplier.
