I'VE BECOME A REAL FAN OF PELLET GUNS WITH .22, .45 AND 9MM AMMO SO EXPENSIVE AND UNAVAILABLE. I NOW HAVE 4 REVOLVERS - 1875 REMINGTON, DAN WESSON 715, S&W Schofield and peacemaker. I am looking for a metal blowback pellet automatic (e.g., Luger, 1911or Hi-Power) but most only do BB's. any suggestions for a good pellet pistol?

Personally, I'm not a big fan of blowback pistols - as much of the gas is used moving parts around - thus reducing the gas needed to drive the pellets.
Alternatively, the gas runs out way before it would on a none-blowback.
My own choice was a Walther CP99, fitted with a Webley moderator and a Walther red laser.
It's accurate and with the moderator, quiet - so it doesn't upset the neighbours.
I have a few other air pistols - but this is my favourite.
As always, best idea is to check out a local gun shop and try out for size.
Then search online for reviews - that way there shouldn't be any surprises.
Good hunting.
