After lots of online research and finally Andy's review, I'll get a Kral Puncher Breaker in .22.
Originally I peeked at the Kral Puncher Monarch; the Webley Mastiff is its shorter version. Actually all models of the "Puncher" series just vary in their stocks and the length of the trigger-pull bar, since the rail-and-trigger element can be moved freely along the barrel and reservoir.
I like both versions, Marine and Black. But it's more difficult to get exactly matching accessories for the Marine version. And because I want to alter the bulky stock, only the wooden version is an option. By the way: Kral Arms is selling the wooden stock as spare part for around EUR 50,-.
So, I made a "Conversion Plan"... since I'm stuck in Colombia due to Corona, I have time to prepare those things. The rifle would be sold here too, but costs 40% more than in Austria.
The main changes to the stock are thinning, cutting and some decorative milling, coloring/coating. I also want to glue/screw on a longer forend tip, just because I like it, and add Kral Arms' own adjustable recoil pad. Funnily, in today's review Andy wished for a black side lever. And in some videos people wanted a larger biathlon lever. Kral Arms is selling it: the "Kral Heavy Duty Side Lever" (for the Puncher series).
I'm still not sure which color to chose, but that's a luxury problem and I will test it on the cut-off parts anyway (currently I tend to 'FOREST' 😄 ... looks most elegant to me).
Here I proudly present... my Photoshop skills, hope you like it and have some suggestions:

And some color-variations I'm still trying:

The content descriptions are not for advertising, I just added prices to show you, how much my favorite parts cost. And they are actually much cheaper, than I first thought^^.
With greetings and best wishes from Bogotá
Christian
Finally back in Austria!
Got a re-patriation flight and my new rifle was waiting here... directly into quarantine, time for assembling and adjusting.
First of all I removed the red varnish from the stock and started oiling :-)
My neighbor built a little photo studio in his livingroom, looking for objects to train. Perfect!
So, the first photo is the original stock from Kral's website - and mine was even more red! Second photo is after sanding, oil-sanding and 4 coats of stock-oil.
The last photo is recent: added medal inlays, swivel studs on both sides and a longer Picatinny rail below the front grip. Changed the looks completely!
Still thinking about a different butt plate. I have also cut black leather inlays for the grip and front grip, but am not yet daring to add them ;-) And I have oiled it a few times more... currently it's not getting darker, only too shiny for me.
Greetings, Chris
Original, mine was even more red
After sanding and oiling several times. That's the real color. Thanks to my neighbor for the photo shoot, Photoshop was done by me ;-)
Latest additions: Medal inlays and swivel 4 studs (sorry for the poor photo quality).
Good afternoon Christian
I did look at the Walnut stock but it was heavier than the Synthetic stock and I needed to save on the weight as much as possible.
At first I didn’t look at the Marine metal work and I was thinking about the camo stock but I don’t go out as much as I use too, well I have moved house and I haven’t sorted anywhere to shoot as yet but I do have a golf course just over the road from me.
I did have the gamo maxxim Elite multishot .177 but I had to send it back has I was getting nasty bruises on both hips, liked it a lot but not good for me.
I picked the Synthetic due too I have just sold my rotex rm8 and now im selling my Air Arms 410 TDR 22, I didn’t know there was a mark 2 Breaker, the picture that you put up I did like them

Hi ya Christian,
yes you are right, its not a in ya face silver it is a very light rose gold or a brushed silver i hadn't noticed that before.
Do you know the length of that Breaker as it looks longer than the one i have, the stock is longer, looks like you can extend the butt pad, mine is 73 cm / 28.7 inch and if i had to chose again i would take this one again oh yeah plus i would take the Knight with both barrels.
Don't forget to pick up some high mounts plus i needed another
145mm Long Extended Flat Top Scope Mount
Let us know what you get bud
Nice one Christian, i have just had mine, well about a month ago, can't wait to take it out playing and then when the club reopens ..i got the Breaker Synthetic Marine
Great stuff Christian!
