I have just unfollowed the AAR Facebook page.
I haven't had any personal issues but so often now when someone posts something they are proud of, for example a 30m group from a 1st go with a new rifle, more and more nasty people feel the need to belittle, say they are better etc etc.
I make a possitive point if I comment. Too many people fail to see that we are in the same sport and should help & support each other.
It is much nicer here.
Hi Anthony, I agree this seems to become more and more of an issue, we do try and control this, believe me I really do not like the negativity and ‘off’ comments, I get enough of it directed at me. The Group now has over 9000 members so it is becoming more and more difficult to police, we can’t scroll through every comment and unfortunately people don’t seem to use the report option to bring this to our attention. i and Mrs AAR can delete or even ban individuals and have done on many occasions. it sometimes crosses my mind to delete the group but then as usual the many great individuals such as you and others that have commented here, loose out because of the few idiots. As always thank you for your support, stay safe & shoot safe. Best wishes Andy
Amen
I agree with you on that.
